Orders confirmed by direct message before the afternoon cut-off are packed and dispatched the next business day. You'll get a tracking number in the same chat.
Packaging
Every vial is wrapped, sealed in a leak-proof sleeve and boxed with padding. Full bottles ship in their original outer packaging.
Delivery estimates
Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. International times vary by destination and customs handling.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking stalls for more than five business days, message us and we'll open a claim with the carrier and sort a replacement.
